• One night stay deposit is required

• Because of the age of the home we are a non-smoking establishment.
• Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
• Check-in time is 3pm - Check-out time is 11 am.
• Most major credit cards are accepted.
• Applicable taxes will be added to the total bill.
• Rates are for double occupancy and are subject to change.
• Number of guests per room are 2 except the Rier Suite which can accommodate 5. Add $5 per additional person.

Cancellation Policy 

cancel 14 days prior to your stay- no charge

less than 14 days:

1-3 night stay 50% of your deposit

4+ night stay 100% of your deposit

If the room has been rented there is no cancellation charge.
